We were called in to address the extreme damp damage that was occurring along the interior of every room in this beautiful 4 bedroom home.
There were multiple causes to the damp which included rising damp due to breached dpc(paving),blocked weep holes,leaking window frames,failed torch on roofs,failed torch on along balconys and decks, over filling box gutters,leaking plumbing and cracked up parapet walls.
