More on the applications:
UNIVERSAL SUBMERSIBLE CEMENTITIOUS SYSTEMS
This waterproofing system is applied as a cement slurry and can be coupled with a grey
polyfelt membrane.
The system is a cement based waterproof coating that only requires the addition of the
waterproofing cement modifying liquid or comes as a 2-part system with the resin based
liquid and cement.
The system will protect concrete, brick & mortar from water penetration. It is formulated to be
an economical waterproofing coating which will render a permanent waterproof skin onto
concrete, plaster and brick surfaces. It can be applied onto new and existing structures on
either the interior or exterior side of the structure to obtain optimum waterproofing properties.
- Potable water
- Showers
- Below ground basements
- Foundations
- Supporting walls
- Ponds
- Building walkways
- Staircases
- Most masonry surfaces
TORCH-ON/POLYMER-MODIFIED HEAT-INFUSED MEMBRANE SYSTEM
Modified bitumen (modified asphalt) or “mod bit” roofing material is sold in rolls and applied usually on low-slope or flat roofs. Its seams are sealed using a torch to heat the under-side of the bituminous material that coats both sides of a polyester or fiberglass reinforced mat.
Modified bitumen roofs are installed using one of several methods: hot applied, cold applied, heat weldable (torched seams), and self-adhered.
- Flat roofs
- Balconies
- Foundations
- Many other uses
POLYURETHANE REINFORCED SYSTEMS
This system consists of two principal components: a premium elastomeric polyurethane coating and a polyester reinforcing fabric. The fabric is embedded between multiple layers of the coating to create a reinforced flexible membrane with minimal maintenance and great adhesion.
- Tops of parapet walls
- Flashing and wall junctions
- Counter flashing torch-on
- Various sealing capabilities numerous substrates
FIBRE ACRYLIC
The system consists of a premium elastomeric liquid acrylic coating with built in
polyester reinforcing fibres / no membrane.
- Tops of parapet walls
- Sealing hairline cracks
- Weather side wall
- Window sills
EPDM MEMBRANE
EPDM single-ply membranes have been the commercial roofing industry’s material of choice
for nearly half a century.
So when you need a sustainable, long-lasting roof-top, look no further than the single-ply membrane with nearly a half-century track record of performance and durability.
Ideal for use in fully adhered and ballasted assemblies, EPDM membranes require no special equipment for installation of maintenance coats or protective coating, making them a contractor-friendly option for both new construction and re-roofing projects.
POLYURETHANE CAR PARK SYSTEM
This is a tried and tested solution that has been used around the world with fantastic
results. A five coat system that allow the owner to pigment the surface while waterproofing.
Waterproofing and protection of:
- Metal structures
- Concrete
- Industrial floors
- Car parks
- Stadium Tribune
Features and Benefits:
- Quick curing
- Excellent adhesion on almost any type of surface
- Completely hydrophobic
- Excellent thermal resistance
- Excellent mechanical properties, high tensile and tear strength, high abrasion resistance
POLYURETHANE
The last few decades have seen the waterproofing community turn to new technologies based on high technology Liquid membranes. This new way of thought has abandoned the idea that only multi-layer systems guarantee water-tightness.
Liquid-applied systems, of which polyurethane waterproofing membranes are the prime example, offer decisive advantages particularly where seamless systems are desired; either structurally or aesthetically, and for geometrically complicated connections with ventilation outlets or upturns.
Critical to success, is the correct material selection from the various alternatives on the market.
This waterproofing system has been providing solutions to waterproofing problems for over 30 years with its extensive range of polyurethane liquid membranes which are the most versatile and long term performing of the liquid applied membrane waterproofing category of products.
Our products have been applied successfully to numerous application such as:
- Roof waterproofing (including flat roofs)
- Waterproofing balconies and box gutters
- Swimming pools
- Wet Rooms
- Water/sewage treatment plants
- Stadium stands
- Bridge decks
- Foundation and retaining walls
- Water tanks
PURE RUBBER LIQUID RUBBER WATERPROOFING & COATING SYSTEM
Moisture is a roof’s biggest enemy. Quality, flexible roof repair products, together with roof waterproofing coatings are the best solution to fix a roof leak. Roof repair products can also be your most economical approach to preventing additional roof leaks.
Your roof’s next worst enemy – solar rays and heat! This system’s highly UV protective coatings instantly block all UV from your roof’s surface, extending service life to sound roofs while reducing maintenance needs. When using a cool roof coating, your roof surface temperature can drop as much as 50°F (10°C) or more. This reduces cooling needs inside and saves your roof from damages associated with thermal stress. You will make roof repairs last longer by sealing them with an elastomeric rubber roof coating. ASTM – Acrylic vs. 100% rubber, water free roof coatings.
The chart on the next page shows ASTM Miami/Dade standards (left column), a certification required for products to be used under the most demanding conditions of the tropics. The corresponding certified physical properties for Topps Seal are in the right column.
The USA Liquid Rubber Waterproofing & Coating system exceeds industry standards in every category. You’ll see why
they are one of the most trusted names in the roof coatings industry.
This system offers between 600% and 1000% elongation as well as being maintenance free! It can be applied to cement flat roofs, bitumen roofs as well as metal roofs.
This system is an energy star partner and part of cool roof rating council.
