The customer had recently built an extension but the new roof was not finished off well.

Skylights had galvanised flashings instead of zincalume.

Screws had no washers.

Some screws were replaced with nails.

The head wall flashing was not waterproof

Flashings not fastened enough.

The face brick torch on was coming loose and water was penetranting along the tile roof and wall junction.
