Box Gutter Waterproofing.
This leaking gutter has been a problem for this upmarket hotel for years. When it rained these rooms could not be rented out and thus huge losses!
The only solutions were either not long term or fitting a new aluminium liner which is costly and very invasive as the roof would have to come off. All of the said solutions we are very familiar with and can install.
However ARK is an approved applicator of a polyurethane liquid system that has allowed us to solved this problem with a long term solution!!!
