This poor customer recently built two new stunning flats and the roofers hired were clearly not professional roofers.
No flashings installed,slip sheets that were not needed,sheets cut to short at the gutter, incorrect levels, no soaker flashings installed and thus incorrect and poorly installed waterproofing that has failed and looks horrible.
ARK to the rescue!!!
New flashing installed,new soaker flashing installed,levels corrected and parapet walls waterproofed.
